to 姍姍,
You are so nice to me. I like your advice a lot!! You can really touch my heart!!
I heard Yoga can also help women get pregnant easily. It's time for me to try it. I used to dance a lot! I learned tap dance and Latino dance before I came to US. I miss the days when I danced. It made me feel young and energetic.
I think you know me. I still have the fear about the next pregnancy. But I also know I will be very very cautious. Just need the second chance from God...

that fit women typically have a better pregnancy and birth experience, and they drop the weight off more successfully after the birth. I am a runner and I personally know some female runners that ran through their pregnancy (or most of the pregnancy). I also have a supervisor at work who swam daily for an hour until a week before giving birth. She gained 25 pounds and only had 5 to lose after the birth.
I think it's for you and your baby's good to be fit. I see more and more mom-to-bes at yoga class and in weight room. I've read articles from internet and fitness magazines that moderate exercise can't hurt the fetus and often eases up physical discomfort being pregnant.
Don't let what you've been through scare you to be fearful. Fear can be transmitted from your brain to your reproductive organs and the fetus. Be brave and know that your future babies are being looked after. Whatever comes, will come....
