Before I started using this card, I knew I would get questioned about what shows on it: your name, my name, and more.

That was a custom made card for your birthday, but I never had a chance to give it to you cuz we were over before that date came.

Most reactions to the card from the cashiers are like that....

And most of time, I was just standing there, smiling and wishing no more next question, because they would feel bad for bringing it up.

"Who gave you this card?" or "Is this your boy friend?" (Alright, here we go....)

"No, it was a gift for my ex, and we broke up before his birthday." or "Used to be."

I feel bad for them when they feel sorry for me, and I even have to comfort them by giving them a big " oh don't be sorry. I am totally fine" smile.

Honestly, I am surprisingly fine; but it may still be hard for me to give a big smile sometimes cuz I woke up so early that day, or I had hang over from last night, or my phone just got stolen.

You know, it's life. Shit happens, like....couple months ago.
